Our Leadership
Mr. Ashish Gharpure - Managing Director
Mr. Ashish Gharpure has over 30 Years of Professional Experience primarily in Geotechnical & Geo-Hazard Domain from technical involvement, leading teams, to leading organisations.
A post graduate in Civil Engineering (Geotech Major) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-Kanpur); and MBA (Post Graduate Program in Management) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB – Hyderabad), he is also a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the state of California and Maryland USA, Engineering Council of India, and Mumbai Municipal Corporation, with diversified experience in various Civil Engineering fields and has been associated with a number of prestigious projects in India and abroad.
He was honoured with Supreme “Best Engineer” award in 2012 and “Earth Impact Award – ESG” in 2023 for his works in geo hazard mitigation domain. He has contributed to many Indian Road Congress (IRC) committees and also to “State of The Art – Design and Construction of Rockfall Mitigation Systems, Special Report 23” by IRC, Highway Research Board.
Mr. Prashant Navalakha - Technical Director & Principal Consultant
Mr. Prashant Navalakha is a highly experienced professional with over 28 years in Geotechnical Engineering, specializing in areas such as landslide mitigation, slope stabilization, diaphragm walls, erosion control, tunnels, ground modification, geotechnical investigation, and the design of both shallow and deep foundations for various structures. His expertise also includes the application of Geosynthetics and the design of underground structures.
A Civil Engineer with a post-graduate degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-Bombay); he has led teams of field & design engineers for complex national and international projects, for feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPR) preparations, and formulating technical specifications, in the domains mentioned above.
Drawing from his hands-on engineering experience, he has contributed to the field through development of quality manuals, and publishing numerous technical papers on various Civil Engineering applications.
